World of Warcraft Shadowlands’ final content update revealed: Eternity’s End

Eternity’s End is set to be the last content update for World of Warcraft Shadowlands and will supposedly conclude the Shadowlands saga. Update 9.2.0 is set to end the expansion pack with a bang, bringing in tons of new content. This will include new a new raid, zones, tier sets, and more.

There is no official release date for the patch yet. With all but a date known, these are the changes coming with Eternity’s End.

Sepulcher of the First Ones

Potentially the last raid of Shadowlands, dubbed Sepulcher of the First Ones, will arrive with Eternity’s End. Players will face off against the corrupted Anduin, Zovaal, and the Jailer. More details, including the location, other bosses, and further information is set to release later on. This raid will supposedly reveal to players the Jailer’s plan for the First Ones.

Zereth Mortis

Eternity’s End is once again bringing another zone for players in Zereth Mortis. In the lore, this zone was created by the First Ones, where all things in Azeroth and the other realms have been created. Imagines have shown the zone has two distinctively different environments, a lush forest and desert-like biome.

The return of Class Tier Sets

One of the defining features of World of Warcraft for years has been Class Tier Sets. These armor sets give a sense of class fantasy and uniqueness, though have largely been absent in recent expansions. With the new raid, class sets are making a return.

Developers have also promised that sets will include 2 and 4 class bonuses to complicate player’s unique abilities. Certainly not all of the new features coming in the newest patch, these are the biggest changes known thus far.
