Preseason-Patch 10.23 – All changes coming to Champions

Season 10 has come to an end in League of Legends. Patch 10.23 kicks off Preseason 2021 and will also bring plenty of changes to Champions.

Preseason Patch 10.23 is hitting live servers on November 11. Headlining the Patch are the massive changes to the item system. You can find all the changes to items here:

But the Preseason update will also bring adjustments to Champions. Here is our overview for those:

• Caitlyn: “Headshot” damage will profit less from critical strike chance.
• Jhin: Passive damage reduction of critical hits and the chance for critical strikes are lowered.
• Senna: Passive damage reduction of critical strikes and the chance for critical strikes for each 20 souls has been reduced. Senna’s ultimate will now collect Mist Wraiths
• Tryndamere: Critchance per fury point unified to 0,4%
• Yasuo: passive Fähigkeit “Weg des Wanderers” wandelt jetzt den Teil seiner Chance auf kritische Treffer, der 100 % übersteigt, in zusätzlichen Angriffsschaden um
• Yone: Overcapped: Critical strike chance above 100 percent is converted into 0.5 bonus AD per 1 percent additional critical strike chance. (Reminder: Way of the Wanderer doubles crit chance from other sources)

• Akali: Ability cost for her Q reduced in the late game
• Katarina: Her passive, E and R will now trigger on-hit effects. R will now deal magic and physical damage and scale off attack speed.
• Kayle: Her passive Divine Ascent will now benefit from ability power
• Ornn: Ornn can now upgrade mythic items. Additionally he will now also gain health besides armor and magic resistance. For each masterwork he will gain even more bonus stats.
• Viktor: Hex-Core removed. Abilities will now augment through kill participation and minion kills. His mana gain and his damage on E were buffed.

• Brand: Damage of passive and E reduced.
• Amumu: Reduced base health and armor
• Elise: Elise’s E will now trigger on-hit effects
• Seraphine: Base mana regeneration nerfed; her passive will now scale off AP, AP scaling on Q adjusted; nerfed damage on E.
• Twitch: Damage from his passive and the slow of his W will now scale with AP. Contaminate will now deal magic damage and scale off AP.
• Volibear: Passive will now scale with AP; Volibear’s E deals more damage to minions.

More Mana for various Champions

31 Champions received adjustments to their Mana Pool for the Preseason as the mana stats from several items were changed. The following champions all received 20 additional mana growth:

Amumu, Anivia, Camille, Cassiopeia, Cho’Gath, Corki, Darius, Ekko, Ezreal, Fiora, Fizz, Gangplank, Hecarim, Irela, Jax, Kassadin, Malphite, Nasus, Ornn, Ryze, Skarner, Sylas, Twisted Fate, Udyr, Vi, Viktor, Volibear, Wukong, Xin Zhao, Yorick, Zilean.
