Pokémon UNITE: New leaks might show Decidueye as new playable Pokémon

A screenshot of some of the code in the game, which was shared by Twitter user @Ecipse_TT, shows the name of Decidueye. His name isn’t the only one to show up in the list however, as Skovet and Nickit, two Pokémon who were introduced in generation 8, the current generation, are also included. It is entirely possible however that these Pokémon wouldn’t be playable and might be introduced elsewhere on the map or as bosses.

While we’ve had our fair share of leaks and dataminers in Pokémon UNITE, a lot of them have turned out to be accurate, as was the case with Pokémon like Blissey and Sylveon. This time around however the only thing we really have is the name of Decidueye being in the code. It’s a possibility that the developers have started work on the new character but are still testing and thinking of a way to develop his kit.

Many people have already started speculating about what Decidueye could look like in Pokémon UNITE. Many see him as a ‘Robin Hood’ type Pokémon, which is also what he’s modeled after to an extent, firing off ranged attacks and keeping his distance while dealing damage. With Sylveon also being a ranged attacker, it’s also possible another Pokémon might show up before we get to see Decidueye to keep things varied.
