CallMeCarson plans to return to streaming after hiatus due to grooming allegations

Carson “CallMeCarson” King has released a short video where he talks about the situation he’s been in and how he’s experienced it, while also saying he is looking to make a return to streaming and content creation. Aside from this, he’s said all the proceeds from his streams and content in the upcoming years will be donated to charity.

He also briefly touches on the grooming allegations he faced at the start of January 2021, when he was accused of having sexual conversations and receiving naked pictures from an alleged 17-year old girl. Later on, some content creators would also go on to speak out about his behaviour, cutting ties with him. “I have learned a lot this past year. I am not looking for forgiveness nor am I looking to make excuses,” Carson says. “I want to turn a negative situation with a lot of eyes on it into something positive”.

Carson will be returning to Twitch on September 1 at 1PM EST and will start picking up content creation again. It seems like he just wants to play games again, with him saying he won’t be talking about the drama or accusations anymore in the upcoming stream.
