YouTubers find $100,000 worth of classic games in soon-to-be demolished house

The video was made by a duo of YouTubers under the name of ‘Cheap Finds Gold Mines’, which consists mostly of them scraping through garage sales and goodwill stores to find some hidden gems. This time around they were tipped off about an abandoned house that potentially housed some interesting items, so the pair set out to explore and encountered a huge collection of classic games, still in their original packaging.

The house itself wasn’t in a good state and it showed in the video. A lot of the environment was unbelievably filthy and most of the rooms barely had any room to walk through, not to mention the presence of cockroaches basically anywhere. The pair of YouTubers were hesitant at first, but after finding some interesting items kept going back in to find and unveil more stuff.

According to an article by Kotaku, the YouTubers explained that the total value of the items they found in the house was around $100,000. They also went on to say that the house where they found everything was going to be demolished soon. The house itself belonged to the uncle of a woman named Stephanie, who moved out after falling ill. According to Stephanie he turned to hoarding after losing someone close to him.
