Xbox Series X and Series S price and release date leaked

Fans of the Xbox consoles have a reason to cheer, as the price and release date of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S have leaked online. Multiple journalists leaked the information which, aside from the release date and prize, also contains the visual look of the consoles.

According to the leaks, which have been confirmed as reliable, both consoles won’t break the bank when it comes to price. The Xbox Series S will only set you back $300, while the Xbox Series X will cost $500. The release date isn’t all that far away anymore either with a planned release on November 10.

The pricing of both the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X looks very competitive and will most likely cost less than the PS5 (of which Sony still hasn’t revealed the price). If Microsoft wanted to stay competitive with Sony the lower price was to be expected, but the question remains if the lower priced Xbox Series S will even be worth the upgrade at all hardware-wise.

A release date at the start of November shouldn’t come as a surprise to most with some high-profile next-gen games being released during the month. Games such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Call of Duty all have November releases. Now that we’ve got to know a little more about the next Xbox series, we’re still waiting for some more info on the PlayStation 5, which we should get sooner or later.
