When do all the objectives in League of Legends spawn?

Whether you are the team’s jungler or not, knowing objective spawn and respawn timers can immensely help your team. All jungle camps spawn immediately when loading into the rift, but different camp’s respawn times, the dragon, herald, scuttle, and baron all spawn in at different times. Here’s our quick guide to help you better your timers.

Neutral Objective Timers

The neutral objectives include the dragons, elder drake, rift herald, and baron nashor. The first Dragon spawns in at 5:00 minutes and respawns every 5 minutes after. Regular dragons will continue to spawn up until the Elemental Dragon Soul is claimed by one team. After this, the Elder Dragon will spawn at 35:00 minutes or six minutes after the soul is taken. Elder Dragons have a 6 minute respawn time.

The objectives in the upper river follow a similar pattern. The Rift Herald spawns up to two times per game. The Herald spawns at 8:00 minutes and respawns at six minutes. The Herald despawns permanently at 19:45 minutes and the Baron Nashor takes its place at 20:00 minutes. The Baron has a significantly longer respawn timer as it takes 7 minutes for the baron to spawn after it is initially killed.

Jungle Camp Timers

The Red Buff and Blue Buff both spawn in at 1:30 and respawn 5 minutes after they are slain each time. All of the other camps take 2:00 minutes to respawn after they are cleared. The Scuttle Crab spawns in at 3:15 and takes 150 seconds to respawn everytime after it is killed.

The jungle camps spawn timers have been changed countless times across the game’s long history. If one side of the jungle is considered too strong, then likely the camps will see a significant increase to their timers. Right now, these are the timers as they stand.
