Today we can get started with Season 6 of Apex Legends, which features some changes. Some of the changes include changes to the map, a new Legend joining the fray called Rampart and a new crafting mechanic that is to be implemented in the game.
With the new crafting mechanic players will be able to look for and collect materials which can be used for improvements. By making use of the new replicators on the map players can upgrade their weapons, attachments, shields and even ammo. Crafting can also be used to craft mobile spawn beacons and will definitely have an impact on how the game is played and will add more depth.

The map itself will also be changed up considerably. The Drill Site will be swapped out with Countdown, a huge building. Rising Blast Walls (with a Launch Site and Staging) will also be included, which players can interact with to get more protection. Hammond Industries also made a huge launch site featuring a rocket.
Rampart is the newest legend to grace Apex Legends in season 6. Her gimmick is that she’s a very capable ‘modder’ who’s done very well for herself in underground fight clubs. Her active ability is called ‘Amped Cover’ and allows you to build a wall that blocks bullets and empowers your own, while her passive ‘Modded Loader’ increases her magazine size and allows for fast LMG and Minigun reloads.
