As VALORANT continues to grow the esports scene begins to take shape. With WePlay! the next prominent organiser enters the scene. The WePlay! Invitational is part of Riot’s Ignition Series and will feature a grand prize pool of $50,000.
The WePlay! Invitational will feature six invited teams and two from open qualifiers. With some of the best European teams attending it will be the first premier European clash.

Tournament with three stages
The WePlay! Invitational will feature three stages: Open Qualifiers, Group Stage, Playoffs.
If you are interested in competing with some of Europe’s best you can try your luck starting on July 13 when the open bracket begins.
The group stage will begin on July 15 and last until July 17. The eight teams will be facing off in a Swiss Bracket to determine the four Playoff participants. Playoffs will last from July 18 to July 19 and resolve in a Single Elimination Bracket with Best-of-Threes to determine the eventual champion.
Six European top teams and two hopefuls
Competing for the championship will be the following six teams that have been invited:

- forZe
- G2 Esports
- Ninjas in Pyjamas
- Prodigy
- PartyParrots
Additionally there will be two teams advancing from the massive 128 team open qualifer. As long as you are from the EU/CIS region you can sign up for the qualifiers here:
