VALORANT: These are the episode 2 patch notes

Riot games has come out with the 2.0 patch notes for Episode 2, which sees Yoru added to the game with tweaks to both Brimstone and Omen. Viper will later on also get an update to make her a bit more useful.
Agents

Aside from Yoru being added to the game, we see some changes to both Brimstone and Omen. Brimstone sees his Stim Beacon become a quick and his Molotov cost reduced from $300 to $200. The range and duration of his Sky Smokes are increased and a distinct sound cue was removed, masking location of his smokes. Omen’s changes are more minor, with an increased cost to Paranoia from $200 to $400 and decreased projectile speed for Dark Cover.

Weapons

Overall jumping error has been increased from 0.4 to 1.0 along with increased input queue on right-click. Firing consecutively also got hit with a nerf, increasing in error as more shots are fired, jumping from 1.9 to 2.5 to 6.0 with each shot. Right-clock also gained a recovery curve to limit the effectiveness of spamming weapons such as The Classic.

Other

VALORANT will finally be getting competitive regional leaderboards and sees an update to its rank system with a rank progress bar, numerical progress and distribution changes to make it easier to climb out of lower ranks. Immortal and Radiant ranks can only play premade with a total of two players. Some bugs concerning Omen that recently rose to prominence have also been fixed.
