Daily and weekly missions
Like many games VALORANT also has daily and weekly missions with specific tasks for rewards. A couple of them can be earned through simply playing the game like using abilities a certain amount of times. But some require a bit more planning, such as scoring eight kills with a dropped enemy gun.
These missions offer a high amount of experience. The majority of daily ones earn you 2000 XP, while the weeklies give you between 8000 and 12000 points. Make sure to fulfill the mission objectives to receive those juicy experience points.

The best game mode to grind XP
Spike Rush is a pretty good way to quickly gather XP. It also allows you to quickly complete your missions, as the short game length allows you to grind fast.
But you can get more experience by playing normal or ranked matches. These award you 100 XP per round with an additional 200 if you win the round. Subsequently long games will actually be better for you. Only the rounds themselves count not kills or objectives. So focus on winning your match instead of getting frags.
The ideal way to level your Battle Pass is to warm up with a couple Spike Rush rounds before jumping into ranked or normals. Make sure to keep an eye on your missions, but the most important thing is the win.
