These teams will be competing at cs_summit 7

Beyond the Summit has released the list of teams that will be competing in the tournament. In total 12 teams will be competing in the tournament which will run from January 25 to January 31 and features a prize pool of 200.000 dollar. The tournament will also no longer be split between Europe and North America, but will be a single tournament.

Among the competitors we can find some of the best teams of the moment, including Heroic, OG and FURIA. The latter recently added Paytyn “junior” Johnson to their line-up and it’ll be interesting to see how well he does within the roster, with cs_summit 7 being a great test. Other competitors are teams such as mousesports, fnatic and Cloud9. Fnatic also made some recent changes, with Jack “Jackinho” Ström Mattson joining the roster, while Cloud9 and mousesports might also be overhauling their rosters in the upcoming weeks.

CS_summit 7 will follow the BLAST Premier Global Finals which runs until January 24 and features teams also competing in cs_summit 7, namely FURIA and Complexity. They’ll get the chance to get warmed up against some of the best teams in the world such as Astralis, Team Liquid, G2 Esports and Team Vitality.
