There has been an ongoing drama around Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter since she release the skincare line RLFCT just over a week ago. The co-owner of 100 Thieves received a lot of critiscism about the product with some people even calling it a scam. She stayed cool in public and kept supporting the product, but leaked DM’s between her and streamer Ludwig ‘Ludwig’ Ahgren show a different side of the story.
As shown on leaked Discord DM’s between Valkyrae and Ludwig, the 29-year-old Hofstetter she is far from happy about the whole situation. She admits she ‘really messed up trusting these people’, where she refers to the people behind the launch of RFLCT, and even explains how she talked to her lawyers to break out of the contract with RFLCT completely.

Research not publicly available
The biggest problem, according to Valkyrae, is the research behind the product not being publicly available. She also admits she should have asked more questions, but she ‘thought it was obvious it would be there’, referring to the research. If that information would be publicly available, a lot less people would question the effectiveness of the product of course.
Right now, it looks like Valkyrae is pretty busy trying to get out of the contract. She tells Ludwig she ‘didn’t sign one of the contracts’ so she has ‘a bit of leverage’, as she calls it. If the DM’s proof anything, it’s mostly the fact that the content creator is also not happy about the collaboration and she wants to get out of it as soon as possible.
