These are the streamers who will be co-streaming VCT Masters Berlin

VCT Masters Berlin is fast approaching and stands to be one of the most competitive events in VALORANT esports history. While Riot Games will continue to provide a main broadcast, co-streams have been vital to VALORANT’s growth. The recently revealed list of approved streamers shows more co-streams than ever accompanying the event. The list includes: Shroud, Kamento, Ferit, Kyedae, Ludwig, Myth, DrDisrespect, Valkyrae, Plat Chat, Gaules, and Stylish noob.

This group of co-streamers incorporates a wide array of audiences and languages, all set on streaming the game’s second international competition. Co-streams have been a massive contributing factor throughout VALORANT’s relatively young history. Even during the game’s first events, such as First Strike, streamers like Myth and Ninja co-streamed and brought unprecedented numbers to the scene.

Ever since the proliferation of co-streams in VALORANT, Riot Games have expanded the concept across multiple of their esports titles and broadcasts. This co-streaming announcement has sparked some debate around the practice. Several figures have expressed concern that the excessive use of co-streaming will hinder the main broadcast and growth of VALORANT esports generally.

Typically, co-streamers feature no caster audio and segments such as the analyst desk are glazed over as streamers speak to their respective audiences. In this sense, co-streams can be seen as a double-edged sword for VALORANT. Still, Riot Games is confident in their strategy and the audiences that co-streamers bring. VCT Masters Berlin will begin on Friday, September 10th as the event will kick off with a match between KRU and Zeta Division.
