The new ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’ Season 4 release date might have leaked

We had to wait just a little longer for the fourth season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare after developers decided to push back the update due to recent events. Now data miners claim to have found the new release date, which will be June 10th.

As Infinity Ward postponed the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 4 update, they also tried to up their game when it comes to battling racism in the Call of Duty community. New strategies include using filters to filter out people with controversial or insensitive usernames and permanently banning players who consistently break or ignore their guidelines.

Not much is known about the new content we might be getting in the update, but it seems we can expect three new guns. Data miners found data for the APC9, Galil and Vector. There’ll also be at least two new operators added to the game, among them Captain Price en Garrick, two characters that appeared in earlier Modern Warfare games.

According to some leaks we will also be getting new maps such as Oil Rig, Garden, Harbor, Scrapyard and Broadcast. These last two maps were already a part of Warzone, but they might be added to multiplayer matches as well. Infinity Ward already confirmed that some changes will come to Warzone, such as new items and guns.
