Korean League of Legends team T1 will continue to work with ADC Park “Teddy” Jin-Seoung in the future. The 22-year old ADC signed a multi-year deal with the organization that sees him staying until 2022.
Earlier this year T1’s star mid laner Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok also signed a three-year deal with the organization, becoming a part-owner with an option to acquire a leadership position when he eventually retires. With this new contract for Teddy, T1 now looks to keep their star studded roster together for years to come.
Teddy joined T1 back in 2018 when the organization was looking to shake up its roster. Other names that joined the roster were jungler Kim “Clid” Tae-min, top laner Kim “Khan” Dong-ha and Cho “Mata” Se-Hyeong. Both Khan and Clid eventually ended up leaving after the team failed to win the Mid-Season Invitational in 2019, with both players opting for free agency. Mata would go on to retire.
Teddy will stay in the T1 bot lane with Lee “Effort” Sang-ho, who is still contracted to the organization until the end of 2021. People who want to see Teddy perform in the LCK can do so today, as the LCK Summer Split gets started. T1 will be facing DRX, with Teddy matching up against Kim “Deft” Hyuk-kyu.
