Samira nerfed and jungle less effective in League of Legends Patch 11.4

The newest League of Legends patch is here, in which Riot Games is targeting mostly the bot lane, while also making the jungle role a little less effective.
Champions

The list of champions receiving nerfs is quite small this time around, mostly being focused around Samira and Kai’Sa, who have been dominating the bot lane. In the top lane Camille and Renekton receive a small slap on the wrist in the form of cooldown and healing nerfs. Skarner also finds himself with less health and health growth.

In the buff department, a lot of champions are getting slight buffs. Most notably Caitlyn, Jinx and Varus, who have felt weak ever since the introduction of the new items. The same goes for Soraka and Braum, while champions such as Lee Sin and Amumu receive changes in cooldown and damage. You can find a full list of all buffs and nerfs here.

Items

In the item department we see changes to some of the less popular mage items such as Cosmic Drive, Everfrost and Eternal Winter, making sure they’re a little more effective. Items with Grievous Wounds also see their power and damage increase in general. Finally, Guinsoo’s Rageblade has fallen off a little bit, as its attack speed gets buffed, while Moonstone Renewer has its early healing targeted to lessen the likelihood of early snowballing.

Jungle nerfs

Riot Games has called jungle a little too strong in the past and with this new patch we’ll see some changes. They’ve decided to do this through altering Jungle Camps and lowering experience and gold given. Both Gromp, Crimson Raptor and the Large Krug see their gold and experience toned down quite a bit, while the Small Krug now provides less experience as well. This way junglers will have less control over matches, according to Riot.
