The Ukrainian CS:GO legend Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev has once again shown his support for his home country in the current war. After delivering an emotional speech during IEM Katowice, he has now shared an Instagram Story with his donations to the Ukrainian military.

1 Million Griwna in support
1 million Ukrainian Griwna in total were donated by s1mple, a sum that amounts to roughly $33,000 US Dollar. In Katowice s1mple and his team Natus Vincere were eliminated in the semifinals by G2 earning themselves $80,000 in prize money.
As most teams split the money evenly between them, s1mple has basically donated his entire earnings for this tournament.
