Yesterday the newest League of Legends patch 11.18 hit the server, but Riot Games had to go in and roll out two micropatches as both Qiyana and Janna faced some problems with some of their abilities or combos due to bugs. Qiyana’s E+Q combo was missing targets of knockbacks, with her auto-aim being broken unintentionally, while Janna had some issues with her W (Zephyr) and the duration of it not persisting. Both issues have now been fixed
I sincerely apologize for the miscommunications and bugs here. This was a huge patch, and we’re sorry we let any of you down on patch day. You should be able to expect better from us, and we’ll do our best to avoid these mistakes in the future.

With a patch as large as 11.18 actually was, some problems are to be expected and the issues with Qiyana and Janna weren’t the only ones being reported by players. There was an oversight on the Predator Rune buffs not being displayed in the tooltip, Dr. Mundo’s extra HP not being communicated correctly and Singed not gaining the Grievous Wounds on his R that were promised. Taliyah also has two relatively big bugs which is still being worked on.
Jeevun Sidhu, the Lead Game Designer of League of Legends, apologized for the issues the patch brought with it. “I sincerely apologize for the miscommunications and bugs here.
