Professional Dota 2 player 23savage is the first to reach 12k MMR

Dota 2 Player Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon has managed an incredible feat, as he’s become the first player to reach 12k MMR.

He went on to share his achievement on Twitter, sharing a picture showing his matches played and his total MMR. It’s an incredible feat that shows his dedication to the game, as he’s not only been grinding out wins on his main account, but also on two of his smurf accounts. These smurf accounts also have 11k and 10k MMR already. A lot of fellow professional players went on to congratulate him, among them Abed “Abed” Azel Yusop.

It’s a clear message to teams that he’s a free agent worth picking up, as 23savage has been without a team for quite a while now. According to recent rumours, he might be on his way to T1, who recently released their player Souliya “JaCkky” Khoomphetsavong even though they’ve qualified for the DPC Major. The decision by T1 to let one of their star players go was met with quite a bit of backlash coming out from fans.

Whatever team 23savage may land on, his most recent feat of reaching 12k MMR will surely have put the spotlight on him and it’s almost a certainty some of the top teams will come knocking for the upcoming second season of the DPC.
