Pokimane announces new streamer-focused talent agency

Pokimane is one of the most prevalent and well-known figures on Twitch. The Moroccan-Canadian streamer has found success in and out of Twitch, expanding the beauty and merch industries. Yesterday, Pokimane cryptically hinted at a major announcement set to be the largest of her entire career.

Earlier today, Pokimane broke her silence and revealed her new endeavor to be a talent management agency. Going by the name RTS, the agency is partnered with Sony. In an odd turn of events, Pokimane and RTS will now be part owners of EVO, one of the largest fighting game competitions in the world.

RTS is a subsidiary of Endeavor, another wider talent agency. The massive conglomerate has moved into the Miss Universe Pageant and UFC, and is now making a push into the growing esports market with RTS.

As one of the most renowned and main stream broadcasters on Twitch, Pokimane could be one of the best to guide young streamers. It also seems that instead of fully investing into her own stream, Pokimane is investing into the younger generation of upcoming streamers. It also appears that the agency will be interested in signing esports players, especially considering their connection to EVO now, though seems focused on influencers.

In Pokimane’s statement after announcing the company, she stated that goal of RTS is to support and alleviate the workload and problems of brands, creators, and developers. While the company has obviously operated in some capacity, it is still in the process of building out its ranks.
