Patch 7.27d released

Valve has released their newest balance patch for Dota 2. Patch 7.27d focuses on small adjustments to items and heroes.

Another minor balance patch has been deployed to Dota 2. 7.27d will not shake up the game too much as it focuses on smaller nudges in hero and item balance.

Nerfs to Clockwork, Spectre, Faceless Void and others

Among the heroes nerfed in the new patch are some of the more popular carry options at the moment like Spectre and Faceless Void. While Spectre received nerfs to Spectral Dagger, Desolate and Haunt, Faceless Void’s base strength was reduced while also nerfing his Time Lock Damage. Furthermore Void’s level 25 talent Backtrack can now be disabled by Break.

Another hero that was hit by Icefrog’s nerf bat was Clockwork. The reveal from his Rocket Flare was shortened and his movement speed was also reduced.

Buffs for Mars, Leshrac and more

Some heroes were also buffed in 7.27d such as Mars, who received increases to his mana regen and intelligence gain, alleviating some of his mana problems. Leshrac was buffed in a similar vein in terms of strength gain and his Pulse Nova now covers a larger area of effect.
