Parasite is reportedly joining a CDL team – can he redeem himself?

It looked like former World Champion Christopher “Parasite” Duarte wouldn’t find himself on a Call of Duty League team, but now he’s reportedly found an opportunity for himself.

According to reports the London Royal Ravens would be looking to pick up a new player, having their eyes on Parasite. The team is looking for a (temporary) replacement for their AR player Trei “Zer0” Morris, who has found himself facing visa issues. This led to the Ravens looking for a possible replacement in North America to mitigate these issues, with Parasite as one of the top candidates.

Things have looked dire for the former World Champion in the past two years, as he’s notorious for having a toxic personality, which has affected him in his search for a Call of Duty team to compete. Parasite has spoken out on this issue on Twitter, saying he’s now changed for the better. When it comes to raw talent, Parasite has that in abundance, as he’s proven in the past.

If he has indeed bettered himself and is looking to prove that, a spot on the London Royal Ravens might be the perfect opportunity for him to kickstart his career once again. Parasite has kept up with professional Call of Duty and would go on to play in the upcoming Challengers Cup, but those plans might have changed as he’s now reportedly scrimming with London Royal Ravens.
