2 weeks before the official release EA Sports announced that this year they will not provide players with a demo of FIFA 21.
Usually FIFA fans would have been able to get a first hands-on by now, but this year EA Sports did not provide a demo.
On September 21 EA Sports tweeted out that
We aren't releasing a demo for FIFA 21.
Instead we've made the decision to focus our development team's time on delivering the best full game experience for current & next-gen consoles.
We look forward to EA PLAY members jumping in 10 days from now and launching the game Oct 9.

Instead EA wants to focus on polishing the game for the release.

Reactions of the community have been fairly mixed. Some have been understanding of the situation.
Fair play, spend the time focusing on the best full game experience.
Just don't disappoint, seeing as the first time many will get to play the game will be through a paid version.

Players looking to get their hands on FIFA21 will have to grab EA Access in order to do so.
