New Call of Duty Warzone Season 4 trailer shows gameplay and new content

A new trailer for Call of Duty Warzone Season 4 was shown during Summer Game Fest, showing us some brand new gameplay and new content.

In the trailer we get our first glimpses of brand new maps, being Collateral (which will feature 6v6 and 12v12 combat), Amsterdam (focusing on 2v2 matches) and crowd-favorite Hijacked (6v6) makes its return after being first featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. A new villain was also featured, who was seemingly responsible for the satellite coming down on the map, opening up new locations. We got confirmation on the release date of Call of Duty Warzone season 4, being June 17.

Aside from Cold War and Warzone content we also got a glimpse of more Zombies content, which looks to feature a Dragon that breathes fire and huge monsters. Of course we’ll also get to look forward to new weapons and more weapon balancing, as the meta will shift once more.

As Call of Duty: Vanguard, the newest and upcoming title for the franchise, will be releasing later this year, we might yet again see a big shift in Warzone content as well, as the Battle Royale merges with the main-line game of the moment. According to VGC, we’ll get an all new map which’ll play out in the Pacific.
