The VALORANT account leveling system will function a little differently in Episode 3 of the FPS, says senior competitive designer Jon “EvrMoar” Walker.
With Episode 3 of VALORANT launching, players will be getting an account level that’s based on the time they’ve put into the game so far. According to EvrMoar, this is a way of rewarding players for the time they’ve spent in VALORANT, while also saying they’re possibly looking at more ways to reward players for spending a lot of time playing the game.

When it comes to the levels of accounts, there are different categories which will be differentiated between by a border, going from a gray border for 1-99, moving on to bronze and silver, then gold for 300-399 and blue-ish platinum for 400-499. These are all slightly different based on the tier within each category, which spans every twenty levels.
It’s yet another thing to look forward to in the upcoming episode of VALORANT, as Riot Games will be overhauling a lot of the weapon balancing and they already introduced a brand new agent named Kay/o which will be added to the game upon release. Players will also be able to level a brand new Battle Pass.
