MAD Lions back to competing in CS:GO, unveil international roster

Spanish esports organization MAD Lions once again has put a CS:GO roster together which will make its official debut soon.

It seems that this time around MAD Lions have decided to change up their strategy to building a roster a little bit, opting for an international roster. Their players are also relatively unproven young talents, which MAD are obviously banking on. The biggest name is probably Filip “tudsoN” Tudev, who has a history over at team Secret, while they also retain Thomas “TMB” Bundsbæk from their previous roster. Volodymyr “Woro2k” Veletniuk has also been hinted at as a great talent.

MAD lions roster:

  • Thomas “TMB” Bundsbæk
  • Filip “tudsoN” Tudev
  • Volodymyr “Woro2k” Veletniuk
  • Pere “sausol” Solsona Saumell
  • Justinas “jL” Lekavicius

The news of the new roster comes after a break in CS:GO for MAD Lions, as they reflected on their previous rosters and which steps to take going forward. Things haven’t always gone as smoothly for the MAD Lions in the past, often losing talented players to opposing teams. “we are pleased to inform you that we are ready to compete again in CS:GO and we are very happy to present you our new roster.”

The MAD Lions roster will get a chance to show what they can do pretty soon, as they will be participating in the BLAST Premier Showdown Qualifier, Nordic Masters Spring. It’ll be interesting to see what this international line-up can do.
