League of Legends patch 11.3: Goredrinker nerfed, many champion tweaks

Riot Games has given a preview in the upcoming patch 11.3, which includes updates to a lot of champions and has quite a few item tweaks in store, most importantly an update to the very strong Goredrinker.

On the champion side of things, we once again see nerfs coming out to some of the more popular jungle champions such as Olaf, Udyr and Taliyah. Champions like Seraphine and Anivia were also deemed a bit strong, while top lane Ivern might not be so relevant anymore soon. The patch also includes some buffs, mostly targeting some of the top lane champions and marksmen. Ezreal and Jinx will see some updates, while champions such as Mordekaiser and Vladimir also welcome a buff with open arms.

Patch 11.3 features a lot of tweaks to some of the most popular items. Most importantly Goredrinker sees its active heal reduced to 8% of missing health, while the Staff of Flowing water sees AP reduced from 60 to 50, among other tweaks. Item buffs are also once again included, with a lot of balancing needed to get some of the less popular items up to par. These changes include updates to Lord Dominik’s Regards (increased armor pen), Banshee Veil (AP from 65 to 80 for only 100 additional gold) and Force of Nature (increased movement speed per stack).
