1. Complete as much missions as possible
Arguably the best way to get more Primogems is to complete as many missions as possible. Doing your daily commissions might take you a while, but they often yield some decent rewards, including Primogems. If you level up your Adventure Rank along the way, you’d net even more of them. Be sure to check the rewards of the missions in your Journal.

2. Roaming the world
By roaming around the world and uncovering Waystones, you’ll get some Primogems for your trouble. You won’t be getting a lot of them though. A better way to get them is through exploring and opening up chests, with high-level chests possibly giving you some Primogems.
3. Login bonuses
The Seize the Day login bonuses are another way to up your count of Primogems. Be sure to go to the events page once in a while to see if they’re available. If they are (they’re not always), you might net yourself some Primogems.

If all those are a little too much trouble for you, the store offers Primogems for IRL money. You can buy Genesis Crystals which you can then trade in for Primogems. 300 Genesis Crystals will set you back around $4.99. If you’re buying in bulk, prices do go down slightly.
