Where to play?
First you’ll have to decide which platform you want to play on. Genshin Impact is available on a wide variety of devices and is free-to-play, so you don’t have to worry about spending any money on the download. You can play on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, iOS, Android, PC with a Nintendo Switch to be released later.
PlayStation 4 & 5
- Navigate to the PlayStation Store first
- Then go to the search bar and search for Genshin Impact
- Once found, press the download button and start the download
- When the download is complete, you should be able to start the game from your library.

PC
- First go to your browser and navigate towards the official Genshin Impact website
- Once there, you’ll see a button that leads to a download for Windows
- Install the game
- Start the game & finish up by running through all recent patches
Android

- Open up the Google Play Store on your Android device
- Search for Genshin Impact in the search bar
- Install the app by clicking the ‘install’ button
- Wait for the installation to finish, then open the game to apply patches
iOS

- Open up the App Store on your iOS device
- Search for Genshin Impact in the search bar
- Install the app by clicking the “Get” button
- Wait for the installation to finish, then open the game to apply patches
