Heroic and their players under investigation by ESIC following claims by HUNDEN

HUNDEN recently came forward with new information which, according to him, shows that Heroic and their players were aware of the coaching bug and how it was used. In the information Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen says that all the players were aware of HUNDEN using the bug. HUNDEN ended up being banned alongside 36 other CS:GO coaches for his use of the bug, which allowed coaches to get an unfair advantage through in-game camera placement.

HUNDEN left Heroic back at the start of the Summer of 2021, with Heroic claiming that he breached his contract and that he leaked their strategies to other teams at ESL One Cologne, a fact they reported to the ESIC. The ESIC eventually dealt out a two-year ban for the coach for sharing strategies. After first claiming that he was working alone and that the players were unaware of the bug, HUNDEN is now claiming otherwise.

Now the ESIC has decided to open an investigation into the claims made by HUNDEN, despite his current claims being different from the ones he made initially. The ESIC will be publicly sharing any updates on the situation of Heroic and their players when they come.
