The LEC is starting up this Friday and Rogue has built a prime competitor for that first place spot. Steven “Hans Sama” Liv has now signed a contract extension with the organization, which will run until November of 2022, once again underlining their desire to become one of the LEC’s top tier teams.
Rogue announced the signing on their Twitter account. “We are happy to announce that one of the best LEC Bot Laners is extending his contract with us. This is a testament to the environment that we created.” Hans Sama signed an extension for one additional year with the organization. He joined Rogue back in 2019 when he came over from Misfits Gaming.

On YouTube, Rogue also posted an interview with Hans Sama, where he discusses his decision to extend his contract. “The reason that I extend my contract with Rogue is because I believe that we can go far with this team and I really like the environment here. I feel like we have the potential to go very far with the current roster that we have so I’m very optimistic about the future.”

Rogue has really stepped up their game after a strong offseason and many analysts see them as one of the top teams within the LEC, challenging G2 Esports and Fnatic. Their most prominent signings were top laner Andrei “Odoamne” Pascu (from Schalke 04) and rookie support Adrian “Trymbi” Trybus (moved from AGO ROGUE to main line-up).
