Double Agent will be released in the upcoming fifth season of Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and will feature a mafia-style of play, which is very reminiscent of the popular online multiplayer game Among Us. Ten players will take each other one, with each player getting assigned a certain role which they have to complete, with the Double Agents looking to kill everyone.

The game mode itself is actually quite simple to understand. You and nine other players will be playing, with some of you being assigned as Double Agents. The others are either Investigators or Operatives. Investigators can gather clues and accuse other players of being Double Agents, trying to out them. Operatives will be able to try and kill the Double Agents once one of them has been caught. Each role will have signature weapons and gear as well.
Finally all players on the map will be starting the game mode with just a pistol, which can be upgraded into better gear and equipment as the match progresses. You’ll also be able to play Double Agent in custom lobbies, so you’ll be able to gather your friends and play together.
