BDS will make its debut in the LEC with its new roster

Team BDS took the vacant spot left by Schalke 04 earlier in the offseason. Plenty of questions swirled around what the team’s roster could look like and if the organization was willing to break the bank in its debut season or not. Announced earlier today via Twitter, BDS’ lineup consists of returning pros, remnants of the Schalke 04 roster, and rookies.

BDS’ inaugural LEC roster will consist of Adam, Cinkrof, NUCLEARINT, xMatty, and LIMIT. The coaching lineup will feature both GrabbZ and Duffman formerly of G2 Esports. After playing on Fnatic for a single split following Selfmade’s departure and Bwipo’s roleswap, Adam will start for his second split on BDS. Adam had a breakout Split in Summer, finding over 28 solo kills.

Adam will rejoin former Kcorp teammates Cinkrof and xMatty taking over the jungler and ADC positions respectively. This will be the first year for both rookies, who dominated in the LFL though will now test their mettle on the European main stage. Winning back-to-back EU Masters, xMatty and Cinkrof have been moved up.

NUCLEARINT and LIMIT have found a new home on BDS following the break up of Schalke 04. All members of the Schalke 04 rosters have found a new home either in the LCS or LEC, though the duo will get their second life on BDS. With Duffman and GrabbZ at the helm, this team has plenty of unknowns though hope to impressive in their first year.
