At the 49th edition of the Annie Awards, Arcane won 9 different awards, winning each awards for every category it was nominated for. The Annie Awards focuses on the art of animation and features 31 different categories with awards ranging from Best feature to best best TV series and more.

Arcane’s success was made even more impressive when looking at the competition it faced in the categories it was nominated in, going up against heavy hitters such as Castlevania, Star Wars: Visions and The Mitchells vs. The Machines, the latter also winning big at the awards.

- Best Storyboarding – TV/Media (Ep. When These Walls Come Tumbling Down)
- Best Voice Acting – TV/Media (Ep. When These Walls Come Tumbling Down)
- Best Writing – TV/Media (Ep. The Monster You Created)
