A contender over long range? – The best Milano setups for Warzone

Ever since the buffs in season 4 the Milano 821 climbed the ladder of the SMG meta. Especially the Time To Kill (TTK) got reduced dramatically so you don’t have to hit only headshots in order to eliminate enemies in a reasonable time. The weapon is also surprisingly effective over long range after the changes.

Milano as a Sniper Support

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 10,5″ Ranger
  • Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip
  • Ammunition: 45 Rnd Speed Mag
  • Optic: Microflex LED

Ever since the buff the Milano can compete with many assault rifles on medium distances in terms of TTK. For that reason you should use Agency Suppressor and the Ranger Barrel to increase its maximum damage range if you want to use it as a Sniper Support. Since this SMG has low recoil already you should use the underbarrel attachment to increase the mobility.

Classic: The close range Milano

  • Muzzle: Suppressor
  • Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip
  • Ammunition: 45 Rnd Speed Mag
  • Grip: Serpent Grip
  • Stock: Raider Stock

Just like every SMG the Milano will perform well on short distances if you use the correct attachments. Ever since the rework the regular Suppressor is just the best muzzle for these kind of situations. Use the Serpent Grip and the Raider Stock for high mobility. Of course the Milano has some downsides as well: Because of the low rate of fire every single bullet has to hit your target. Only use this weapon if you are confident in your aim.

A SMG for long distances?

  • Muzzle: Suppressor
  • Barrel: 10,5″ Ranger
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Ammunition: STANAG 55 Rnd Drum
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x

The theorycrafter and content creator “JGOD” showed how the Milano can perform well over long distances. You need to use the regular suppressor for this since it will boost the bullet velocity further than the Agency Suppressor does. Since it is targeted for longer ranges you should also apply the Axial Arms 3x optic and the large magazine.
