100 Thieves announce that Valkyrae and CouRage become new co-owners

Popular esports organization 100 Thieves has welcomed two of their biggest content creators in the form of Courage and Valkyrae as their newest co-owners.

By now joining up with 100 Thieves as owners, they join the list of Matt “Nadeshot” Haag, Scooter Braun, Drake and Dan Gilbert. Nadeshot spoke about the move in a YouTube video on the 100 Thieves channel. “This has been a long timing coming for the history of 100 Thieves, Courage and Valkyrae have invested their entire careers and what they’ve built up so thoughtfully, creatively and so collaboratively throughout the years with the organization and there’s no greater honor than welcoming them as co-owners.”

Valkyrae talked about the move on Twitter, reminiscing on her journey as a content creator, looking forward to the next step in her career and becoming one of the first female co-owners in the scene. “It’s been almost 3 years since I joined the team and I would have never expected this path to lead to this. I’m proud to be one of the first women co-owners in esports and beyond excited for our future together!”

As co-owners of 100 Thieves both CouRage and Valkyrae will receive equity, become more involved in the business side of things over at the organization, scouting out new talent and building up initiatives while still maintaining their own content side of things.
