Events organiser and eSports TV and online streaming service provider PLG will collaborate with eSports firm Cobx Gaming to produce and execute international events.

PLG has already concluded a successful project, having provided the English stream for the Dota 2 Asia Championships 2018, held in Shanghai. With this tie-up, PLG and Cobx Gaming will be able to take out India on the international scene in terms of eSports.

The upcoming Cobx Masters 2018 is the next major eSports tournament in India, which will feature two mainstream titles, namely Dota 2 and CS: GO.

PLG CEO Silviu Stroie spoke about the importance of fan-involvement, as the company’s reputation, he argued, hinges on providing viewers with the best eSports content. Stroie believes that the Indian audience is just as passionate about eSports as the rest of the world and PLG will attempt to make a splash in the region.

Meanwhile, Cobx Gaming founder Rajdip Gupta has expressed a similar opinion, saying that Cobx will pool efforts with PLG to bring high quality eSports experience.
